First post

This is my first post on my new blog and it feels really wierd.  I’m taking part (belatedly) in a new web 2.0 learning programme called 25 Things, run by Huddersfield University Library.  I’ve never really understood the attraction of blogging but I’m hoping that over the next few weeks I will start to ‘get it’.

End of day one

I’ve successfully created my new yahoo and google email accounts but am already feeling slightly anxious – it’s hard enough keeping up with the two accounts I already have at home and work without adding two more … however I have confidence in my colleagues and am sure the reasoning behind it will become clear.
